We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a guide: semantic headings and landmarks, keyboard-reachable navigation and forms, labeled inputs, alternative text on meaningful images, and sufficient color contrast. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we review the site as content and features change.

Some parts of the experience rely on third-party services whose accessibility we do not fully control:

• Interactive map search and listing photos supplied by the MLS feed, which may lack complete alternative text.
• The embedded voice assistant widget.
• Embedded content and links to external websites, including social media.
